Founding Rate Pre-Orders: All orders placed at the Founding Rate are pre-orders. Shipped orders will be sent on or before November 2, 2026, and pickup orders will be available on or before November 2, 2026. You’ll receive an email when your order ships or is ready for pickup. Some orders may be fulfilled earlier.
Purchase Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Eligible unused and unburned items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported to contact@eshandor.com within 48 hours of delivery. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
