ESH & OR was born from a journey of healing, remembrance, and rediscovery.
Following the loss of my father, an architect and artist whose creative spirit deeply influenced my own, a long-held dream took on new meaning.
Moving across the world to a place he had always dreamed of visiting became part of that journey — a leap of faith, a deep trust in G-d, and a return to stillness, intention, and self.
Inspired by a lifelong appreciation for art, form, and beauty, ESH & OR emerged as an expression of that journey, where sculptural design meets fragrance, and everyday rituals become moments of meaning.

When will my preorder ship?
Pre-orders ship or become available for pickup on or before November 2, 2026. Some orders may be fulfilled earlier. Wait for your confirmation email before arranging pickup.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Every piece is hand-cast. Slight variations in tone, texture, air pockets, and finish are part of its character.
How do I care for my candle?
Follow the safety instructions supplied with your product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Trim the wick and stop burning at the remaining wax level stated in your product instructions.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible unused, unburned items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please retain the original packaging and proof of purchase. See our complete returns policy.

Ingredients: Clean wax and fragrance oils. Our fragrance oils conform to IFRA Standards for their intended use. IFRA conformity concerns fragrance use limits; it is not certification of the finished candle or a guarantee that a product is non-toxic.

Returns & Exchanges · 30 days
We want you to love your ESH & OR pieces. You may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unburned, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase is required.
Email contact@eshandor.com with your order number before returning an item. We will send return instructions. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will arrange your exchange or issue store credit for the eligible merchandise value. Change-of-mind returns are reimbursed as store credit rather than to the original payment method, except where required by law.
Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not included in store credit, except where required by law. We recommend a trackable shipping method. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, contact us promptly; we will cover necessary return shipping and provide an appropriate remedy. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Subtle variations in tone, texture, air pockets, and finish are part of our individually hand-cast pieces and are not considered defects.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please contact contact@eshandor.com as soon as possible after delivery with your order information and clear photographs of the product and packaging. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or other remedy as required by applicable law.

Shipping
If we cannot meet a promised shipping date, we will seek your consent to a revised date or refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law. The store-credit policy for voluntary returns does not apply to these required refunds.
Estimated processing and shipping timelines shown at checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed. If we are unable to ship within the time promised — or within the period required by applicable law when no shipping time is stated — we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders may begin processing quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is submitted. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@eshandor.com.
Digital gift cards
Gift cards are issued manually after payment verification. If you or your recipient have not received the card, contact contact@eshandor.com with your PayPal transaction reference. Recipient details entered at checkout are used for gift card fulfillment, not automatic marketing signup.
To redeem, contact us with the gift card code before placing an order. Gift card codes cannot currently be entered in the website's PayPal shopping cart. We will arrange redemption and payment of any difference. Unused balances remain available for later purchases. Gift cards have no expiration or inactivity fees and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Keep your code secure and contact us promptly if it is lost or compromised.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and collection pricing may change without notice.

We may cancel or limit an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or other legitimate business reasons. Any payment collected for a cancelled, unshipped order will be returned as required by law.
Nothing in these terms waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Candle & Home Fragrance Safety
Always follow the safety instructions supplied with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Trim the wick as directed and discontinue burning when the remaining wax reaches the minimum level stated in the product instructions.
Privacy & browser storage
Last updated: October 12, 2026. ESH & OR collects information you provide for orders, support, and voluntary email signup, including your email address, consent choice, contact details, delivery information, and order details. Netlify hosts this website and stores email signup and Tailored Creations inquiry submissions, including your design preferences, project details and artwork links. PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy; we do not collect full card details through this website.
We use this information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain records, and send collection news when you have opted in. You can withdraw email consent, request access or correction, or ask us to delete your signup information by emailing contact@eshandor.com. Order records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable requirements.
The site code includes no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. PayPal may use cookies or similar technologies for payment functionality, security, and fraud prevention; its own notices apply. Google Fonts serves typography and may receive technical connection information such as IP address. Hosting providers may process technical logs. Social links open external services only when selected.
With your permission, we store a local browser preference to remember whether you dismissed or completed the signup popup. If you choose essential only, this signup preference is kept only for the current page session. Your browser-storage choice is stored to remember your decision. This does not replace or withdraw your separate email marketing consent.
